RESIGNATION OF MR JAMES MANNY

Mr James Manny today resigned as a Director of the Company, effective from the conclusion of today’s AGM.

The Chairman, Mr Terry Cuthbertson paid tribute to Mr Manny for his six years of service on the board, during which he has given freely of his sound commercial advice and support.

Mr Manny’s offer to continue to assist the Company via a consulting arrangement has been accepted.
