CHANGE IN EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
The Directors of Montec International Limited (ASX: MTI) advise that Dr. Xueqin Du has resigned her position as Product Development and Executive Director of the Company and, in accordance with the Executive Service Agreement with the Company, has resigned as a Director.
In acknowledging the considerable contribution Dr. Du has provided MTI in her technical capacity, the Chairman, Terry Cuthbertson noted that the Dr. Du’s expertise in food technology will continue to be available to the Company through an ongoing consultancy arrangement.
