APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

The Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Lin Yuansheng as a Director of Montec International Limited ("Montec") with immediate effect.

Mr Lin is Managing Director of BAIC Australia Pty Ltd which is the Australian subsidiary of Beijing Sanyuan Group Co Limited ("Sanyuan Group"). The Sanyuan Group is the largest food, beverage and dairy company in China and is listed on the Shanghai stock exchange. Through his association with Sanyuan Group. Mr Lin was responsible for successfully introducing Kraft. Starbucks. Hormel and Baskin & Robbins to China.

Previously Mr Lin was Managing Director of BAIC Scriven Ltd (Hong Kong). Since 1996 Mr Lin has also been the Assistant to the Managing Director of the Sanyuan Group.

Mr Lin has assisted in establishing, and continues to contribute to the establishment of new business opportunities for Montec in China.
