CHANGE OF VENUE – 2019 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Australian Whisky Holdings Limited ( Company ) ( ASX: AWY ) advises that the venue for its 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) has changed.

All other details about the AGM, including the date, time and agenda items, remain unchanged.

The revised details of the AGM are as follows:

Date: Monday, 25 November 2019 Time: 11.00am (AEDT) New Venue: Collins Room RACV/RACT Hobart Apartment Hotel 154-156 Collins St, Hobart TAS 7000 [Previous venue: Gadens, Level 25 Bourke Place, 600 Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000]

Since the Notice of Annual General Meeting was released on 23 October 2019, AWY has received a great deal of interest in the AGM from its Tasmania-based shareholders. The venue of the AGM has therefore been changed to give them the opportunity to attend in person.

The Company will send all shareholders a letter advising the above details of the change of venue for the AGM.
