CONSENT OF QUALIFIED PERSON

I, David Robert Andrew Carruth, consent to the public filing by Lara Exploration Ltd. (the "Company") of the Technical Report dated November 14th, 2025, with an effective date of October 15th, 2025, titled "NI 43.101 Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Planalto Copper - Gold Project, Brazil" (the "Technical Report") with all Canadian Securities regulatory authorities having jurisdiction and publicly within the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval Plus (SEDAR+) and I also consent to the written disclosure of the Technical Report, and to the inclusion of extracts from or a summary of the technical Report, in written disclosure filed or being filed by the Company, including its news release titled "Lara Reports Results of Preliminary Economic Assessment for its Planalto Copper-Gold Project", dated 21st day of October 2025, (the "News Release").

I have read the News Release and the written disclosure filed by the Company and it fairly and accurately represents the information in the Technical Report.
