Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc ("Lansdowne" or the "Company"), the North Celtic Sea focussed, oil and gas company, announces pursuant to the requirements of (v) of Schedule Two (g) to the AIM Rules for Companies, that it omitted to inform the market relating to developments regarding SeaEnergy plc ("SeaEnergy").

Current Lansdowne Non-Executive Director, John Aldersey-Williams and former Non-Executive Director, Steven Lampe, were both Directors of SeaEnergy when it entered administration on 2 June 2016. The Administration Process concluded on 1 June 2018 and SeaEnergy is now being dissolved.
