Lansdowne Oil & Gas PLC (the "Company") was notified on 18 October 2016 that Brandon Hill Capital Limited ("Brandon Hill"), together with its related parties, is interested in 85,077,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 17.72% of the issued share capital.

Brandon Hill has a direct interest in 58,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.08% of the issued share capital. Brandon Hill is indirectly interested in 12,077,000 Ordinary Shares held by Oliver Stansfield, the CEO of Brandon Hill, representing 2.52% of the issued share capital. Brandon Hill is indirectly interested in 15,000,000 Ordinary Shares held by Neal Griffith, a director of Brandon Hill, representing 3.12% of the issued share capital.
