Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc, the North Celtic Sea focussed, oil and gas exploration company, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly approved by shareholders.

The Company gave a presentation summarising its activities offshore Ireland and this is available to view on the Company's website www.lansdowneoilandgas.com 

In his review of the activity in 2013, Chairman Johnny Greenall said:

"Following the success of the Barryroe appraisal drilling in 2012, 2013 proved to be a year of consolidation. Looking ahead, our partner Providence Resources has confirmed that the Barryroe Farm-out process is nearing completion and that it is progressing plans for further drilling on Barryroe next summer. Regarding our exploration portfolio, the farm-out process is continuing and our objective remains to deliver a multi-well programme in the Celtic Sea".
