Appointment of SP Angel as Nominated Adviser

Brandon Hill Capital to be Sole Broker

Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc ("Lansdowne" or the "Company") (AIM: LOGP), the North Celtic Sea focused, oil and gas company, is pleased to announce the appointment of SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP as the Company's nominated adviser with immediate effect.

Lansdowne is also pleased to announce that Brandon Hill Capital Limited ("Brandon Hill") will be sole broker to the Company with immediate effect. Brandon Hill has specialised in advising natural resources companies for over 15 years and has been a long-term supporter and shareholder of the Company.

The Company looks forward to updating shareholders on rig procurement developments later this year, ahead of the commencement of a fully-funded multi-well program in Q2 2019 on its flagship Barryroe discovery.
