General Meeting

Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc (AIM: LOGP), the North Celtic Sea focused, oil and gas company, is pleased to confirm that a general meeting (the "General Meeting") will be held at 12.00 noon on 18 March 2020 at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London EC2A 4ES to approve the issue of the Further Loan Shares and the warrants in connection with the Equity Placing and Conversion of Shareholder Loans, announced on 17th February 2020.

The Circular calling the meeting has been sent to shareholders and a copy of this will be posted on the Company's website (www.lansdowneoilandgas.com) shortly.
