Further to the announcement made on 25 June 2015 regarding the issue of 448,000 ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 161,741,795 ordinary shares of 5 pence nominal value each ("Ordinary Share"). Each Ordinary Share carries 1 voting right. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 161,741,795 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
