Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc, the North Celtic Sea focussed oil and gas exploration company, announces that it was notified on 6 December 2013 that John Aldersey-Williams, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26.75 pence per Ordinary Share on 6 December 2013.

Mr Aldersey-Williams is now interested in 40,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
