Change of Adviser

Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc (AIM: LOGP), the North Celtic Sea focused, oil and gas company, is pleased to  announce that it has appointed Tavira Securities Limited ("Tavira") to act as the Company's Financial Adviser and Joint-Broker with immediate effect.

Tavira has recruited senior personnel from the Company's previous broker Brandon Hill Capital Limited ("Brandon Hill"), including Oliver Stansfield, who is also an approximate 3.5% shareholder in the Company.

Given these personnel changes Brandon Hill and the Company have terminated their relationship with immediate effect and by mutual consent. Brandon Hill has reconfirmed verbally and in writing its ongoing support to the Company in its capacity as an approximate 11.5% shareholder.
