Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc (AIM: LOGP), the North Celtic Sea focused, oil and gas company, announces that following the conclusion of Lansdowne's AGM earlier today and as disclosed in the Company's Results for the year ended 31 December 2019, John Aldersey-Williams has stepped down from the Board of Directors.
