Grant of Options

On 20 June 2013 the Company's Remuneration Committee recommended the grant of options over 7,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (each an "Ordinary Share") to certain Directors under stand alone option deeds. These were then approved by the board on the same date.

The following option grants to Directors have therefore been made today:

Richard Prickett	2,000,000	9,500,000
Charles Wilkinson	500,000	1,000,000

The options are exercisable (in whole or in part) at any time up to the fifth anniversary of the date of grant and are exercisable at a price of 5p per Ordinary Share.
