Landi Renzo: update of the corporate events calendar for the year 2025
Cavriago (RE), 28 October 2025 - The Board of Directors of Landi Renzo S.p.A. ("Landi Renzo" or the "Company") met today and, taking into account the initiation of the negotiated settlement of the crisis ("CNC") of Landi Renzo (and its subsidiary Metatron S.p.A.) and the related need to finalize the group's business plan and renegotiate existing debt with banks in the context of possible extraordinary transactions aimed at repositioning the Group in its relevant sectors, deemed it appropriate to update the calendar of the Board of Directors' meetings and the Shareholders' meetings published on 26 June 2025 as indicated below:
| By 28 February 2026 | Review and approval of the draft of Separate Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 |

The Board of Directors also expects that the Shareholders' meeting that shall approve the financial statements for the year ending on 31 December 2024 to be held by April 2026 in a single call.
