The Company announces that the informative document required under the regulation adopted by resolution of Consob n.17221/2010 (as further amended and integrated) related to the proposal to merge by absorption the entirely controlled A.E.B. S.p.A. in Landi Renzo S.p.A., approved by the Board of Directors held on September 15, 2017, is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Borsa Italiana website, on the Company website (www.landirenzogroup.com under the Investor Relations section) and on that one of the of the authorized storage system "eMarket Storage" ().
