Landi Renzo: Preliminary "unaudited" financial results as of 30 June 2025
Cavriago (RE), 8 August 2025 – In addition to the press release made on 7 August 2025, Landi Renzo S.p.A. ("Landi Renzo" or the "Company") informs that in the context of the approval of the documentation required to file an application for access to negotiated settlement of the corporate crisis (the "CNC"), the Board of Directors examined the preliminary "unaudited" financial results as of 30 June 2025, drafted in compliance with international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS).
Consolidated revenues amounted to €129.2 million (of which €84.7 million related to the Green Transportation sector and €44.5 million related to the Clean Tech Solutions sector), Adjusted EBITDA amounted to €2.6 million (of which negative €0.1 million related to the Green Transportation sector and positive €2.7 million related to the Clean Tech Solutions sector) and the Net financial position is equal to €104.0 million. Adjusted Net financial position, i.e. excluding the effects of the application of IFRS 16 – Leases, the fair value of derivative financial instruments and the Put/Call debt related to Metatron Control Systems shares, is equal to €92.1 million.
