Landi Renzo: Bondholders' Meeting for "LANDI RENZO 6.10% 2015-2022" Bond, code ISIN IT0005107237

Cavriago, 28 December 2018 - The Bondholders' Meeting of the bond "LANDI RENZO 6,10% 2015-2022", code ISIN IT0005107237, which met today 28 December 2018 at 10:00 am, in single call, under the chairmanship of Stefano Landi and to the acts of the Notary Giuseppe Chiantera from Reggio Emilia, was attended by bondholders representing 67.06% of the bond.

The Bondholders' Meeting unanimously approved the proposal of the Board of Directors concerning the amendment to the Bond Regulation as stated in the Board of Directors' Report published on 23 November 2018 and available on the Company website (www.landirenzogroup.com, section Investors – Debt and credit rating).

The resolution is immediately effective since the release of the waiver has been granted by the banking institutions ahead of the meeting, as further described in the Board of Directors' Report published on the Company's website.

The minutes of the Bondholders' Meeting and the voting summary statement will be made available to the public within the time period provided by applicable laws.
