Landi Renzo: call of Bondholders' Meeting "LANDI RENZO 6,10% 2015- 2020" ISIN IT0005107237

Cavriago, February 27, 2017 - The Board of Directors of Landi Renzo, today in a meeting chaired by Stefano Landi, and coherently with what already stated in the Explanatory Report of the Board of Director published for the Bondholders' Meeting held on December 30, 2016, delivered to give power to the Chairman to call the Bondholders' Meeting for the bond "Landi Renzo 6.10% 2015-2020" ISIN code IT0005107237 within March 2017.

The President Stefano Landi and the General Manager and future CEO Cristiano Musi said: "The call of this Meeting, already declared and known by the Bondholders, is a necessary further step to optimize the company financial structure. The purpose of this project is to make it more in line with the business plan 2017-2020 which highlights an important value creation and efficiency recovery potential both in the automotive segment and in the other segments where the Group is making business".

The documentation related to the Bondholders' Meeting will be published in accordance with law.
