The Company announces that the minutes of the Bondholders' Meeting of "LANDI RENZO 6,10% 2015-2022", code ISIN IT0005107237 held on March 30, 2017 is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company website (www.landirenzogroup.com under the Debt and Credit rating/Investors section) and on that one of the of the authorized storage system (managed by Spafid S.p.A.).
