Landi Renzo: new directors and statutory auditors appointed by Invitalia have taken office
Cavriago (RE), January 16, 2025 - Landi Renzo S.p.A. ("Landi Renzo" or the "Company") announces that the Board of Directors, which met today, has acknowledged that the Directors Daniele Straventa and Priscilla Pettiti (non-executive and non-independent), as well as Statutory Auditor Marina Vienna (and alternate Auditor Anna Cacciaguerra) have taken office, after the appointment by the shareholders' meeting on October 31, 2024 - subject to the completion of the capital increase reserved for Invitalia became effective on December 18, 2024.
The Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, to the extent of their respective responsibilities, have therefore acknowledged the possesion, by the new members, of the legal and regulatory requirements for the offices of Directors and Statutory Auditors of the Company.
