LAND SECURITIES GROUP PLC

APPLICATION FOR BLOCK LISTING

Land Securities Group PLC ("Company") confirms that it has made an application to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for 300,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

These Shares, which are being reserved under a block listing:

·      will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares of the Company;

·      will be issued as a result of the vesting of awards pursuant to the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme; and

·      are expected to be admitted to the Official List, and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, on Friday 3 July 2015.
