2021 Annual General Meeting update

Ahead of Landsec's Annual General Meeting on 8 July 2021, we would like to re-emphasise our encouragement to our shareholders to attend the meeting virtually rather than attend in person.   

As a result of the continuation of Covid restrictions, we are very limited on the number of shareholders we can admit, we are unable to accommodate guests and we are unable to serve refreshments. 

Shareholders will be able to attend the meeting virtually, watch a live webcast presentation from our Chairman and CEO, ask questions and vote on line.   Details of how to attend the meeting virtually can be found in our Notice of Meeting which is available on our website www.landsec.com/agm.
