Land Securities Group Employee Benefit Trust

The Company was informed that ACS HR Solutions Share Plan Services (Guernsey) Limited as Trustee of the Land Securities Group Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') purchased on 16 June 2014, 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at an average price of 1030 pence per share.

The executive directors of the Company, namely Robert Noel and Martin Greenslade and PDMRs namely Colette O'Shea and Scott Parsons are amongst potential beneficiaries of the Trust.

Following the above transaction, the Trust holds 1,276,499 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.16% of the Company's issued ordinary shares with voting rights.
