The Company was notified by the Trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust of the release of 10p ordinary shares ("Shares") under the Long Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Share Plan awarded in 2010. The following Directors of Land Securities Group PLC ("Directors") became interested in the net number of Shares at 892.0 pence per share on 1 July 2013 after the sale of Shares for income tax and National Insurance purposes:
