Land Securities Group PLC ('the Company')

Land Securities Group Employee Benefit Trust

The Company was informed that ACS HR Solutions Share Plan Services (Guernsey) Limited as Trustee of the Land Securities Group Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') purchased on Friday 21 November 2013, 750,000 (seven hundred and fifty thousand) ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at an average price of 953.73 pence per share.

The executive directors of the Company, namely Robert Noel, Martin Greenslade and Richard Akers are amongst potential beneficiaries of the Trust.

Following the above transaction, the Trust holds 1,509,334 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.19 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary shares with voting rights.
