Executive Director's Other Appointment

As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company has been informed that Robert Noel, Chief Executive, has been appointed Senior Independent Director of Taylor Wimpey plc with effect from 21 April 2020.   Robert Noel joined the Board of Taylor Wimpey as an independent Non Executive Director on 1 October 2019.

As previously announced, Robert Noel will step down as Chief Executive and a Director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2020.
