Landsec notice of directorate change - Appointment of new Director

Landsec announces the appointment of Madeleine Cosgrave as a new independent Non-Executive Director.  Madeleine will join the Board and become an Audit Committee member with effect from 1 January 2019.

Madeleine is Managing Director and Regional Head of Europe at GIC Real Estate.  She has worked at GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, since 1999 and was at JLL prior to that.

Cressida Hogg, Chairman, said: "I am delighted to welcome Madeleine to Landsec. She has extensive UK and International experience in the property sector from her time at GIC and JLL and her knowledge and perspective in relation to investment decisions, property management and market dynamics will be a great asset to the Board."

Madeleine is a corporate representative of Euro Lily Private Limited which is a corporate director of Cegereal SA, a company listed on Euronext Paris.   There are no other matters requiring disclosure in relation to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
