Confirmation of Board Change

Further to the announcement made on 25 May 2016 and 13 July 2017, the Company confirms that Kevin O'Byrne steps down as a Director of the Company and Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from the close of business on 27 September 2017 and not as previously advised with effect from close of business on 30 September 2017.

Kevin O'Byrne joined the Board in April 2008 and steps down after nine years of service.

As announced on 15 November 2016, Nicholas Cadbury will succeed Kevin as Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 28 September 2017.
