Retirement of David Rough as a Non-executive Director of the Company

The Company announces that David Rough, Non-executive Director will be retiring from the Board on 18 July 2014. David was appointed to the Board in April 2002 and was Senior Independent Director from November 2003 to March 2012.

Alison Carnwath, Chairman stated "David has been an outstanding Non-executive Director for Land Securities and its shareholders.  His knowledge, experience and wise counsel have been invaluable over the 12 years that he has served."
