Dear Sir,

In accordance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of PSX Regulations, this is informed that shareholders of Mari Petroleum Company Limited (MPCL) in their 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on October 22, 2019 have approved allotment of 10% bonus shares for every ten shares held (i.e 10%).

2.       Therefore the present number of shares of MPCL held by Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) has increased from 24,052,875 shares to 26,458,162 shares after addition of recently issued 2,405,287 bonus shares.
