It is hereby informed that OGDCL Board of directors in its 255th meeting held on February 22, 2023 approved ex-Pakistan leave of Syed Khalid Siraj Subhani, Acting MD/CEO OGDCL upto March 31, 2023. On the request of Mr. Subhani the board also approved cessation of acting charge of Mr. Subhani immediately upon conclusion of his ex-Pakistan Leave.

2.       The board of directors has accordingly assigned the duties and functions of the office of MD/CEO to Mr. Ahmed Hayat Lak, General Manager with immediate effect until further orders.     

3.       You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
