These documents will also be made available on the website of the Company at www.iccaps.com, the website of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) (agency for providing the e-Voting facility) at www.evotingindia.com and on the website of Stock Exchange i.e. BSE Limited at www.bseindia.com, from where these documents can be downloaded. A person whose name is recorded in the Registrar of Members or in the Register of Benefi cial Owner maintained with the depository as on the cut – off date (i.e 15th September, 2022) only shall be entitled to avail the facility of e voting.
Any person who becomes the Member of the Company after the dispatch of the Notice of the meeting and holding the shares as on Cut off date (i.e 15th September, 2022) need to refer the instruction given in the Notice regarding the User id and Password and may also contact Ms. Kaushani Chatterjee, Company Secretary ([email protected]) for any query. If the Member was already registered with CDSL/NSDL then he can use the existing User id and Password for casting their vote through e voting.
Shareholders holding shares in physical form who have not registered their email addresses, PAN, Bank account details and other details with the Company / RTA are requested to register above details with the Company / RTA by sending duly fi lled in Form ISR 1 available on the website of the Company along with necessary enclosures.
The e – voting period commences on Monday the 19th September, 2022 at 09:00 AM (IST) and will end on Wednesday, the 21st September, 2022 at 05:00 PM (IST) in terms of Rule 20 (3) (vi) of the Chapter VII of the Companies Act, 2013. The Members who have cast their vote by remote e voting may also attend the Meeting but shall not be entitled to cast their vote again.
