Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

The Company announces that, on 20 February 2018, Elaine Whelan, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, purchased 13,500 common shares of US$0.50 each in the Company at £5.575 per share.

Following this transaction, Elaine Whelan has an interest in the Company of 627,169 common shares (which includes 11,590 held via a connected person), representing 0.3115%.

Additionally, Elaine Whelan also holds the following interests in the Company:

Restricted Share Scheme (Performance Awards) - 337,545

(Pursuant to the Rules of the LHL Restricted Share Scheme, the number of shares that will actually vest depends on the satisfaction of certain conditions including employment, performance and time conditions).
