LAMDA Development S.A. (the "Company"), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that Mr. Chariton Kyriazis, independent non-executive member of the BoD and Chairman of the Audit Committee, following his participation in the Company's public bond offering, he acquired, on his own account and through jointly held investment accounts in which he participates, on 09.06.2026 (being the date of delivery of the bonds), 211 common bonds of the Company, for a total consideration of €211,000.00.
