LAMDA Development S.A. (the "Company"), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces the following:
- On 21 November 2025, Mrs. Eleni Sfakaki, person closely associated with Mr. Konstantinos Sfakakis, member of the Audit Committee, acquired 20 of the Company's common bonds, for a total consideration of €19,888.00.
- On 18 November 2025, due to his participation in the Company's public bond offering, Mr. Charalampos Gkoritsas, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 16 common bonds, for a total consideration of €16,000.00.
