Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

LAMDA Development S.A. (the "Company"), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that the following persons acquired common bonds, as a result of their participation to the Company's public bond offering, acquired on 18.11.2025 (the date of delivery of the bonds to investors) common bonds as follows:
- Mr. Chariton Kyriazis, independent non-executive member of the BoD and Chairman of the Audit Committee, acquired 57 of the Company's common bonds, for a total consideration of €57,000.00.
- Mr. Dimitris Karastogiannis, Chief Business Development Officer of the Company, acquired 41 of the Company's common bonds, for a total consideration of €41,000.00.
- Mr. Stavros Katsikadis, Managing Director, LAMDA Marinas, acquired 74 of the Company's common bonds, for a total consideration of €74,000.00.
