LAMDA Development S.A. (the "Company"), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that Ms. Maria Christina Griva, Corporate Communications Senior Director, proceeded to the following transactions:
- On 25 September 2025 sold 3,000 of the Company's registered common shares, at an average price of €7.854 per share and for a total consideration of €23,562.37.
- On 26 September 2025, sold 5,000 of the Company's registered common shares, at an average price of €7.756 per share and for a total consideration of €38,778.10.
