(the "Company"), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that Mr. Dimitris Karastogiannis, Chief Corporate Affairs & Business Development Officer, proceeded to the following transactions:
- On 18 September 2025 sold 10,000 of the Company's registered common shares, at an average price of €7.275 per share and for a total consideration of €72,750.00.
- On 19 September 2025, sold 4,289 of the Company's registered common shares, at an average price of €7.387 per share and for a total consideration of €31,685.71.
