(the "Company"), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that on 28.03.2025 Mrs. Calypso Maria Nomikos, independent non-executive member of the BoD, purchased 130 Stock Futures expiring in June 2025 with the Company's shares as the underlying product. Each contract size is 100 shares. The total transaction consideration amounts to €89,671.40 with an average price of €6.90.
