The Financial Calendar 2026 will be updated with the publication date of the Semi-Annual Financial Report once it has been finalized.
The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, following timely notification to the investing public through an update to this announcement.
The Company's Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders, no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2025.
It is noted that the financial results will be released after the close of the ATHEX trading session and will be uploaded to the Company's website (www.lamdadev.com) as well as to the ATHEX website (www.athexgroup.gr).
