EXTENSION OF OFFER PERIOD
Lake Resources N.L. wishes to advise that in accordance with Section 650D of the Corporations Act 2001, the Closing Date for the Offer has been extended until the 16th day of February 2004.
The directors of Lake Resources N.L. have, under a unanimous resolution passed by all of the directors of Lake Resources N.L., approved this advice.
A copy of this notice was lodged with ASIC on the 4th day of February 2004.
