DIAMONEX LIMITED ABN 26 091 951 978 DATED 9 JANUARY, 2004
POSTPONEMENT OF DATE FOR GIVING NOTICE ON THE STATUS OF DEFEATING CONDITIONS
Lake Resources N.L. wishes to advise that pursuant to extension of the Offer Period. notice of which was lodged with ASIC on 4th February 2004, in accordance with Section 630 of the Corporations Act 2001, the date for giving notice of the status of the defeating conditions has been extended by a similar period and the date for giving notice is 3rd February 2004.
The Offer is now free of all conditions as listed in Clause 8 of the Offer.
The directors of Lake Resources N.L. have, under a unanimous resolution passed by all of the directors of Lake Resources N.L., approved this advice.
A copy of this notice was lodged with ASIC on the 5th day of February 2004.
