LATE LODGEMENT OF APPENDIX 3Y

Please find attached an Appendix 3Y Change of Director’s Interest Notice for Mr Stephen Promnitz and Mr Stuart Crow.

In relation to the late lodgement of the attached Appendix 3Y, the Company advises as follows;

1. The Appendix 3Ys are lodged late due to an oversight in notifying the Company of an off-market transfer between two directors.

2. The Company has a set of procedures in place to ensure Directors are able to meet their disclosure obligations under Listing Rule 3.19A

3. The Company considers its current arrangements are adequate for ensuring timely notification, and that the failure to do so on this occasion is due to an administrative oversight. However, to avoid a repeat, the Chairman has reminded all Directors of their obligations under the Company’s Securities Trading Policy together with the requirements of the ASX Listing Rules.
