Lake Resources N.L. (ASX: LKE) – Suspension from Quotation

The securities of Lake Resources N.L. (‘LKE’) will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2 at the request of LKE, pending the release of an announcement by LKE.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain suspended until the earlier of:

• the end of the period stated in LKE’s request for voluntary suspension; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

LKE’s request for voluntary suspension is attached below for the information of the market.

Lake Resources NL (‘LKE’): Request for Voluntary suspension

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, Lake Resources NL (ASX: LKE) requests a voluntary suspension of its securities from quotation on the ASX, effective immediately.

The Company requests the suspension pending the release of “an announcement regarding the capital raising”. The Company requests the suspension to remain in place until the earlier of:

1. the release of the announcement referred to above, or

2. the commencement of normal trading on 19 August 2025.

The Company is not aware of any reason why this request should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
