Lake Resources NL (‘LKE’): Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

This notice is given by Lake Resources N.L. (ASX: LKE) (“ Company ”) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Act ).

The Company has on 14 October 2025 issued:

• 68,157,947 fully paid ordinary shares ( New Shares ), at an issue price of A$0.036 per share, to sophisticated, professional and director investors pursuant to the placement announced on 18 August 2025; and

• 271,664,985 options with an exercise price of $0.05 and expiring on the date that is 3 years from issue, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Prospectus dated 5 September,

which received shareholder approval at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting held on 7 October 2025.

For the purposes of section 708A(6) of the Act, the Company confirms that:

1. the New Shares have been issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

2. this notice is given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act;

3. as a disclosing entity, the Company is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations;

4. as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

   • the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

   • sections 674 and 674A of the Act; and

5. as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of sections 708A(7) or 708A(8) of the Act that is required to be set out in this notice under section 708A(6)(e) of the Act.

An Appendix 2A for the quotation of the share issue was lodged with the ASX on 15 October 2025.
