PLACEMENT OF SHORTFALL NON RENOUNCEABLE OFFER

Further to the advice to you of 13 December 2010, please be advised that the shortfall of 26,070,388 shares from the non renounceable offer to shareholders that closed on 8 December 2010, has been placed with shareholders unrelated to the Directors.

An Appendix 3B application for quotation of the new shares has been lodged. The new issued capital is 70.323,026 shares.

The names of the 20 largest shareholders and the percentage held by each is attached.
