CHANGE OF AUDITOR

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, Lake Resources NL (the Company) (ASX: LKE) announces that with effect from today, Stanley & Williamson has been appointed as auditor for the Company.

The appointment was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 30 November 2017.

The change follows the resignation of the Company’s previous auditor, Nexia Australia, in accordance with Section 329(5) of the Corporations Act.
