LAKE RESOURCES N.L. NEW CHAIRMAN, BOARD CHANGES AND NEW OFFICE ADDRESS
Further to the Company’s recent announcement on the completion of the transaction with Lith NRG Pty Ltd, Lake Resources N.L. (ASX:LKE, “Lake”) is pleased to advise the following:
New Chairman
Mr Stuart Crow has been appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
Mr Crow has global experience in financial services, corporate finance, investor relations, international markets, salary packaging and stock broking. He is currently CEO/Director at Salaris Consulting Pty Ltd, Non-Executive Director at TNG Limited (ASX:TNG), Non-Executive Director at AIM listed Iron Ridge Resources Limited (AIM:IRR) and Director at Ballyhoo Marketing and Communications.
Mr Crow said “This is a particularly exciting company with three packages of lithium brine projects amongst the majors in Argentina. The projects lie in the Lithium Triangle where the world’s largest and lowest cost production of lithium is located. I’m pleased to be able to guide the company forward at a time when investors are seeking exposure to the best address for lithium.”
Director Changes
Yesterday the Company saw the resignations of two Directors, Mr Ross Johnston and Mr Jim Clavarino, who had asked to step down from the Board after more than 10 years’ service and the successful acquisition of Lith NRG Pty Ltd. Mr Johnston and Mr Clavarino have provided many years of service and were thanked for their assistance and good guidance of the Company.
Two new Directors were announced to the Board yesterday, Managing Director, Stephen Promnitz, and Non-Executive Director Stuart Crow. Mr Peter Gilchrist remains a Director on the Board.
Company Secretary Change
In addition to the changes to Directors, Mr Peter Gilchrist has resigned as Company Secretary and Andrew Bursill has been appointed as Company Secretary with immediate effect.
